Please contact Sanmei Wellness Limited’s customer service department by email at [email protected], or via WhatsApp at 9248 4940 immediately after receiving the goods to request a replacement. The replacement must be requested within seven days from the date of receipt. Customer service will confirm and advise the address for goods to be returned. Please ship together with the original packaging, goods, and receipt to the designated address. Upon receipt of the returned item in good order, the replacement item will be delivered to the customer within 7 days.
Products that have been opened, used or damaged by the customer cannot be returned. Please retain and return all packaging, including the original box, certification documents, gifts and all accessories, if any. Please also ensure that all packaging returned is undamaged.
If the requested item is out of stock, customers can choose another item as replacement. If the price of the replacement product is lower than that of the original item, the difference will not be refunded.
Please note that only one item can be exchanged for each item for which replacement is sought, and there is no refund for any items.
No return or exchange will be allowed for areas outside of Hong Kong
